Production capacity when you need it. Architectural intelligence you didn't expect. We embed in your workflow and deliver like we're part of your office.
Your pipeline is growing faster than your team. Projects are stacking up, deadlines are slipping, and your principals are spending more time managing production than designing.
You've worked with external BIM teams before. They model what you tell them but they don't think. Every deliverable needs corrections. Every review cycle feels like a tutorial.
You didn't hire a partner to babysit them. But that's what it's become constant check-ins, repeated instructions, quality reviews that take longer than the work itself.
Your projects deserve people who treat them with the same seriousness you do. Not people clocking hours. Not people who vanish when things get complicated.
Hiring is slow. Firing is painful. You need the flexibility to ramp up when projects demand it and dial down when they don't without losing institutional knowledge.
You’re not just managing projects — you’re answering to your clients, your deadlines, your reputation. When your technical partner drops the ball, it’s your name on the line. And the pressure never stops — one month you’re drowning in deadlines, the next everything is on hold. You don’t control the fluctuation. You just want a partner that absorbs it — so you can go back to doing what you do best.
We're not a service provider you manage. We're the technical extension of your practice architect-led, deeply embedded, and invested in your success as if it were our own.

The reliable engine behind your projects.
Fast, precise, architect-reviewed from day one. From high-fidelity BIM models to coordination-ready documentation, we handle the technical production that keeps your projects moving delivered to your standards, in your environment, on your timeline.

We don't just deliver we embed, manage, and ensure.
As the relationship deepens, so does our involvement. We take ownership of your BIM ecosystem building your libraries, developing your templates, and ensuring every deliverable passes rigorous QA before it reaches your desk. Your standards become our standards.

Where architectural thinking meets computational power.
Once we truly understand your practice, we stop being a production team and become a development partner. Computational design, automation, custom scripts, architectural design support we solve problems you haven't had time to think about yet.
You can find BIM services anywhere. But what we offer isn’t a service — it’s peace of mind. Here’s what that actually means.
We don’t just model. We think.
Every project at RKM has architectural oversight from experienced architects and engineers. That means we catch design inconsistencies, flag coordination issues, and improve your deliverables — not just execute them. You get a team that understands architecture from the inside, not technicians following instructions.
No client has ever voluntarily left RKM.
Not one. In five years of international delivery, every client who started working with us is still working with us — or evolved their strategy in a direction that no longer required external support. We say it because it reflects something real about how deeply we invest.
Your extension, not your vendor.
We don’t work for you from the outside — we work with you from the inside. We adopt your templates, standards, and standards. After the onboarding period, working with us feels indistinguishable from working with an in-house team — except we scale with you when you need to grow.
We absorb the chaos so you don’t have to.
Construction projects are unpredictable. We don’t freeze when the plan changes. We take initiative, anticipate what’s needed, adapt to whatever the current reality demands, and iterate as many times as necessary. We’re built for the real conditions of AEC.
We measure, we learn, we improve — continuously.
We don’t just repeat the same process. We track our performance, analyze our workflows, and actively look for ways to deliver faster, more accurately, and more efficiently. Every engagement gets better over time because we’re obsessed with optimization — not just for us, but for your entire operation.
We think like business owners, because we are.
We know what it feels like to wait for an answer that doesn’t come. Because we’re architects and operators ourselves, we communicate the way you need us to — technical detail, executive summaries, or plain language. We’re instantly accessible, and we put ourselves in your shoes.
Your projects are our projects.
This is the part that’s hard to put on a website but impossible to fake in practice. We consider ourselves part of your company — not a contractor filling a seat. And because we're human, not machines, we'll tell you this honestly: we do everything in our power to prevent mistakes — rigorous checks, maximum clarity upfront, internal review before anything reaches your desk. But if something does go wrong, we own it, we solve it, and we communicate about it immediately. What we can promise you is this: we never make the same mistake twice. That's not a slogan. It's how we operate.
RKM Studio is a Licensed Architecture Practice in Algeria. Designing and delivering real building projects is why our BIM work carries the depth of firsthand architectural experience.
We don’t just model buildings. We design them.Getting started is straightforward. But the real value unfolds over time.
A 30-minute conversation to understand your needs, your current workflow, your pain points, and what success looks like for you. We also share how we operate because fit matters to us. We choose our clients as carefully as they choose us, and we need to understand your vision, your goals, and your standards to know we can genuinely help. No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity.
Based on the discovery call, we propose a scope, timeline, and team structure tailored to your project. We align on deliverables, standards, tools, and communication rhythm before any work begins. Nothing starts until we both know exactly what success looks like.
We adopt your templates, your BIM standards, your file structure, your collaboration platform. This integration period doesn’t mean we’re not productive — we deliver from day one. But we’re also learning your operation in parallel: absorbing your standards, understanding your expectations, mapping your workflows. We learn fast. We don’t ask the same question twice and if something’s unclear, we ask immediately rather than guess. The investment in onboarding pays off permanently, because once we’re truly embedded, we operate like part of your team.
Every deliverable flows through our internal QA process before it reaches you. But we don’t stop at delivery. As the engagement matures, we optimize — faster turnarounds, fewer iterations, better anticipation of your needs. We track our own performance and actively push for improvement, project after project.
This is where we go beyond what you asked for. Once we understand your practice deeply, we start seeing opportunities you haven’t had time to explore — workflow automations, process improvements, R&D solutions, tools that didn’t exist before. We don’t just give you peace of mind on production. We become a development engine for your practice.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Every project is different, and every client relationship evolves. We adapt our pricing to how you work — not the other way around.
A dedicated team, billed transparently by the hour. Scale up when it’s busy, scale down when it’s not. You get full flexibility without long-term commitment — ideal for projects where the scope isn’t fully defined yet or where direction changes frequently.
A monthly allocation of hours reserved for your projects. You get guaranteed availability, priority scheduling, and the stability of a long-term partnership — with the flexibility to adjust volume as your pipeline evolves. The more consistent the engagement, the deeper we integrate.
Some engagements call for pricing by area, by volume, by building, or by deliverable type. If your business model requires a specific measurement unit — per square meter, per floor, per scan — we’ll build a pricing structure that fits your workflow and lets you calculate your own margins with confidence.
We allocate team members to your projects on an ongoing basis — operating under your direction, within your tools, on your schedule. They attend your meetings, follow your processes, and function as part of your team. Your extended team, formalized.
We agree on a fixed price for the deliverable before work begins. You know exactly what you’re paying, we know exactly what we’re delivering. Clean, contained, and predictable — ideal for standalone projects or clearly defined phases.
We are a unified studio with a shared culture. We invest in every deliverable as if it were our own project.
Every team member is mentored by senior architects. We don't just hire technical operators; we build architectural minds.
Operating across continents as one team. The distance is invisible in the precision of our final output.
Rami Kara Mostefa is the founder and CEO of RKM Studio. A second-generation architect, he trained at EPAU Algiers, earned a Master's in BIM Management from Zigurat, and an MBA from Quantic. He founded RKM on a simple premise: that AEC firms deserve a partner that thinks like an architect, operates like an insider, and cares like an owner. He leads the studio with the conviction that great work only happens when trust, excellence, and genuine commitment come together.
The Vision
I grew up in a family of architects. Both my parents built their careers in this industry — so I didn't just study architecture, I was raised in it. Blueprints on the dining table, site visits on weekends, conversations about structure and materials before I knew what any of it meant. There was never a question of what I'd become — the question was what kind of architect I'd be.
I trained at EPAU in Algiers, graduated with the Excellence Prize, and went straight into the deep end — entrepreneurship, founding a BIM company, and working with international teams while still in my twenties. Along the way, I earned a Master's in Global BIM Management from Zigurat and an MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, because I realized early that building great models isn't the same as building a great company.
But my first venture taught me something no degree could. I watched partnerships dissolve, trust break down, and good work go unrecognized — not because the quality wasn't there, but because reliability, communication, and genuine care were missing. Technical excellence alone doesn't build lasting relationships. What builds them is trust, consistency, and the willingness to care about someone else's project as if it were your own. That lesson cost me. But it's also what made everything that came after possible.
RKM Studio was born from that conviction. Not just a BIM company — but a practice that combines architectural and engineering expertise with the technological rigor and adaptability that today's industry demands. We're also a licensed architecture firm in Algeria, designing and delivering real projects — which means our technical services are grounded in firsthand experience of what it takes to bring a building to life.
Every decision I make — how we hire, how we onboard clients, how we deliver, how we communicate — is shaped by one question: would I trust us if I were on the other side? That's why we're selective about who we work with — and that applies to our team as much as our clients. That's why we invest deeply before we expect anything in return. And that's why, after five years and over 400 projects, no client has ever left.
Mikael doesn't just manage projects — he moves them forward. The operational backbone of RKM Studio, he's a licensed architect with 7 years of experience in BIM and project delivery, leading operations with a rare combination of calm under pressure and relentless drive. Deadlines shift, scopes change, priorities collide — Mikael adapts, delivers, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. When things get difficult, he gets sharper.
Charaf doesn't just deliver models — he engineers better ways to build them. A structural design engineer and BIM Lead at RKM Studio, he brings a methodical mind that's obsessed with one question: how can this be done smarter? Every template, every workflow, every shortcut he creates is a permanent improvement — not just for the project, but for every project that comes after it. Where others repeat, Charaf optimizes.
